Who are Advextra VA? 

The Managing Director, Sarah Rennie is responsible for making sure each client receives an individual virtual (PA) service, at a good price, which is personalised and unique to them. 
 
She has experience of providing PA support to a Regional Chair; Office Secretary support to a small Team and Committee, which has included planning and running events for over 17 years. She has recently completed the Pearson BTEC and Edexcel NVQ Level 4 Diplomas in Business Administration and also has completed the LCCIEB Executive Secretary’s Diploma and the RSA Diploma in Administrative and Secretarial Procedures. 
 
Her areas of expertise are: - administrative practice; business administration; office support; Committee support; meeting support; accommodation and travel bookings; audio transcription; English for Business; diary management; word processing; text processing; proofreading; record keeping; organisational support; financial support (petty cash, visa statements, invoices, purchase order logs, travel and expenses claims); databases; spreadsheets and graphs; desk top publishing and document presentation; and PowerPoint. 
 
She also has experience of the hotel and catering industry for nine years to an Assistant Manager level, and has completed an HND in Hotel, Catering and Institutional Management. 
 
Her areas of expertise are: - managing and overseeing the smooth running of the premises on a daily basis; kitchen work; bar work; banqueting and conferences; cellar management; housekeeping and cleaning; opening and locking up; staffing and cashing up. 
 
Her main motivation for launching Advextra VA was to use her skills and experience from her background to help not just one boss!
